Race directors and marketing experts Lauren and Scott Jones contacted me to partner on their latest endeavor in fun-run races: the Vampire 5k. This vampire and occult-themed race targets both serious runners and fun-runners alike with features like: two starting points – one for vampires and one for “citizens”, fake-blood shooters and a ghoulish after party.
To market this race a series of marketing & design goals were met: a hand drawn logo set and website layout, designed sponsor packets and course maps, and an interactive website for registration.
