Shakey Graves

Shakey Graves

With his youthful good looks and Austin laid-back swagger, you wouldn’t expect such a classic, old timey blues sound to come from Shakey Graves – but Shakey isn’t about doing whats expected.

A collaboration with 7s Management in Denver, blues musician, writer and artist Shakey Graves new website was tailored to his unique tastes and artistic talent. This “minimal/grunge” site was established to advertise his new album “…And the War Came” and to help consolidate his overall online pretense, to enable his fans to have an easier place to purchase tickets and interact through social media.

Focused on social media managed by the artist, this mobile responsive website features: full customizable home page for individual album advertising, tour and booking section managed by his staff, and streaming social media feed.

Check out Shakey’s new site and sneak a listen to his brand new album coming out October 7th!

Wedding Site

I’m ecstatic to announce next year my long time partner in life, Kelly Sinclair, and I will be getting married! Kelly is an expert editor and copywriter and is working on her first novel. We’re both freelancers and often partner on projects.

We’ve selected the new History Colorado museum as our venue and plan to do something fun and classic. This website reflects our vision and features brief info about our date, registry choices and an RSVP section.

Please check up on us as we’ll be adding more info soon!

Waffle Cakes

Local Denver food truck Waffle Cakes and I teamed up to create a brand new website to advertise their tasty treats –  Belgian style waffles with as many toppings as you can think of and specialty micro-roasted coffee.

Based upon their existing designs for their food truck, WaffleCakes.com is an easy-to-update website featuring: an updatable menu, a classy events calendar for truck locations, a custom system for scheduling catering and a simple custom PayPal store.

Mmm, delicious!

Now a freelancer like myself, Doug plans to focus on clean graphic design for web and jaw-droppingly cool motion graphics and video. Check out Doug’s website and contact him if you’re looking for design, photography or awesome video! Also check out his new short film, Signal To Noise posted below:
